The famous talent manager has seemingly confirmed that she has a new man.

Cyrus shared a loved-up image on her Instagram Story.

She was seen in a warm embrace with a bulky man as they twinned in casual white outfits.

They  backed the camera and their hands never left each other’s bodies.

Tish revealed in the caption that the lucky man is Dominic Purcell.

Purcell is known for his role as Lincoln Burrows in “Prison Break.”

He was previously married to Rebecca Williamson for 10 years.

Tish’s ex Billy Ray Cyrus is also now engaged to his younger lover, Firerose.
