Teresa Giudice is giving Todd and Julie Chrisley some tips about prison.

The famous reality couple is set to spend 19 years behind bar for their joint prison sentence.

Todd and Julie was found guilty of tax fraud and other financial crimes.

Ahead of their jail time, Giudice who has served some time has some advice.

She urged the couple to stand strong and remain connected to their children.

The ‘RHONJ’ star also urged the Chrisley kids to always visit their parents.

Giudice also touched on the subject on the quality of prison food.

She noted that it wasn’t so bad, especially since she was part of the kitchen staff.

Giudice advised the “Chrisleys Knows Best” stars to “stay strong.”
