On Instagram, she revealed she lost about 12 kg.
That amounts to just over 26 pounds!
She said she walks/runs 5-10 km a day.
The “Boyfriend” singer also works her arms with weights and machines.
She incorporates dumbbells into squats and lunges.
She also does a lot of cardio, including a stair climber and box jumps.
Tallia also emphasized the importance of stretching and cooling down.
