T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach’s departure from “GMA3” may be permanent.
The lovebirds’ affair ROCKED the morning news circuit and beyond.
Despite their consensual relationship, it appears that ABC execs can’t find a way to make it understandable or right with the world.
Several sources say, “They have not been terminated yet, but I don’t expect T.J. to be on again.”
Mind you, earlier reports claimed the “GMA3” host was confident that ABC execs would bring him back after concluding his investigation.
“They do want Amy to stay and be a part of things there, but likely not on ‘GMA3,’” the source continued.
Page Six reports the couple have hired lawyers to deal with negotiations.
Another outlet reported that Robach hired famed civil attorney Andrew Brettler to represent her while Holmes is working with Eric George.
Holmes and Robach’s time on-air was cut in early December after their lengthy and scandalous affair came to light.
