Simon Cowell’s eight-year-old son is his “mini-me.”

The “X Factor” creator said his little boy, Eric, is the one who calls the shots at home and even on his TV shows.

Speaking in his first interview since sparking major concern about his ever-changing face, the British music mogul said Eric is his “own man.”

The little one doesn’t shy away from voicing his thoughts when it comes to Cowell making decisions on his popular TV talent shows.

“It’s nonstop by the way,” Cowell admitted.

“I have a good idea what he's going to be when older. He's got his own opinion and he's his own man which is really important.”

His son is “always right.”

“The great thing is when I watch the shows, when they go out I'm looking at Eric thinking does he like something? and he's normally right,” Cowell said.

Cowell said being a dad is the “best thing that’s ever happened to me.”
