Halyna Hutchins was killed on the set of Rust in October 2021.

On Thursday, the Santa Fe DA finally decided who to charge.

They filed criminal charges against Alec Baldwin and armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed.

They were both charged with involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of the “Rust” cinematographer.

AD Dave Halls has pleaded guilty to the charge of the negligent use of a deadly weapon.

Both Baldwin and Gutierrez-Reed could face a maximum of 18 months in prison if convicted.

Last year, the DA sought $635,000 to prosecute as many as four individuals.

Ultimately, she was only granted $317,750.

At the time, the DA had listed “one of the possible defendants is well-known movie actor Alec Baldwin.”
