Singer Ricky Martin has reportedly cut ties with his family after being accused of abuse and incest by a nephew.

Per RadarOnline, Martin made the difficult decision to protect himself from any more surprise allegations by other family members.

The singer’s nephew, Dennis Yadiel Sanchez claimed Martin was obsessed and stalked him for months.

Sanchez eventually dismissed his court case against Martin.

Martin then filed a $20 million lawsuit for the loss he’d suffered due to the allegations.

Sanchez reportedly confirmed to the court that he alone decided to dismiss the case, without any pressure or influence.

At the time of the lawsuit, Martin released a statement of denial through his lawyer, Marty Singer.

He also put out a statement on Twitter, calling the allegations “completely false” and promising to respond in court.

Martin’s Lawyer, Singer, tagged his nephew a “troubled individual.”
