Meghan King who is a fan of cosmetic surgery, recently updated her fans that she had some work done.

She took to her Instagram page to share a carousel of pictures featuring the good work done.

The star noted that she had gotten her boobs and decided to tweak her nose since she would be under anesthesia.

She also mentioned that she got a cosmetic enhancement for her chest area, because it was too broad.

The reality TV star stated that she was proud of the work done because it aligned with what being authentic meant to her.

On her 38th birthday she updated her followers via some images on her page, the surfies she was doing.

The pictures featured her consultantations, post-op and her  recovery period.

King disclosed that she was open to exploring her sexuality in the new year.

She said this in a post on her blog titled, "Burn Baby Burn."
