Valerie Bertinelli reacted to Matthew Perry's claim that they made out while she was still legally married to musician Eddie Van Halen.

The "Friends" actor said that the make-out session took place right next to her then-husband Eddie Van Halen, who was passed out drunk.

Using the lyrics to Taylor Swift's new song "Anti-Hero," Bertinelli responded to Perry's claim on TikTok.

"Anyone misbehave in their 20s and early 30s? Are you mortified?" she captioned the clip.

In an excerpt from his upcoming memoir, Perry said he 'fell madly in love' with Bertinelli.

Fans have criticized Perry for sharing the very intimate experience in his memoir.

One follower wrote, "I'm kinda losing respect for him with some of the things I'm reading he put in his book. Not cool to do."

The memoir titled, Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing debuts on November 1, 2022.

The book also contains details about Perry's struggle with addiction.
