Leslie Jordan’s bubbly and vibrant legacy lives on.
Nearly three months after his October 2022 death, one of Tennessee’s most historic landmarks is paying homage to the “Will & Grace” actor.
The Grand Ole Opry will host “Reportin’ For Duty: A Tribute To Leslie Jordan,” on February 19th.
The event will include live music, on-stage storytelling and additional performances by Jordan’s friends and colleagues from across the entertainment industry.
Tickets for the event are for sale one the Opry’s website.
Musical performances will be put on by musicians who worked with Jordan on his debut album.
In 2021, Jordan released his first gospel album titled, “Company’s Comin.’”
Proceeds from the event will benefit an organization that was near and dear to Jordan’s heart, EB Research Partnership.
Last year, the “Call Me Kat” star was memorialized in his hometown of Chatanooga, TN. on November 20, 2022.
