Actor Kumail Nanjiani has commented on the criticism that Martin Scorsese and Quentin Tarantino have leveled at Marvel flicks.
The "Eternals" star said in a recent interview that the pair have "earned the right earned the right to have an opinion on movies."
Scorsese had earlier compared Marvel movies to theme parks, while Tarantino said Marvel actors are not movie stars.
Scorsese also said that Marvel Movies failed to "convey emotional, psychological experiences to another human being."
On the other hand, Tarantino said that Hollywood is more preoccupied with shooting superhero movies.
"I'm not quite as excited about them," Tarantino also remarked.
Other Marvels stars like Simu Liu and Samuel L. Jackson have both shared their own opinions in support of the Marvel franchise.
Liu said Tarantino and Scorsese wouldn't have let him be the star of the "$400 million plus movie."
Jackson claimed that Marvel cast's acting prowess is what brings audiences to the theaters.
