Jesse Eisenberg opened up about the first time he met his "Fleishman Is In Trouble" co-star Claire Danes.

The actor discussed the encounter during his recent appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon."

He shared that Danes had no recollection of the encounter, which occurred 15 years ago when he attended a benefit with his wife.

He also described the meeting as the "greatest" day of his life.

In "Fleishman Is In Trouble," Eisenberg played the role of a divorcee whose wife abandoned their kids in his care.

Danes portrays Eisenberg's character's wife, who disappears after the divorce.

"Fleishman Is In Trouble" also stars Lizzy Caplan and Adam Brody in main roles.

Eisenberg is set to direct an upcoming movie dubbed "A Real Pain."

He will star in the movie alongside actor Kieran Culkin.
