After their divorce was finalized in September last year, the issue of who would get the pet was still pending.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the actor decided to let things go and drop the case.

She showed her closeness with the little dog in a few pictures from a small Christmas photo shoot.

Fans gushed over her and Ysabella and noted how they seemed to support each other emotionally.

Earlier, the thought of going to court got the star so much in her feelings that she stated how hurt she was in her podcast.

She declared herself a dog mom and called Ysabella her daughter while noting that she would fight to keep her.

The pro dancer seemingly threw shade at her ex-husband when news of his new romance became public.

In the Instagram story, she wrote, "That was fast…," while the song "Boy's a liar" by Pink Pantheress played in the background.
