Beyoncé’s publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure, addressed claims that her stylist refused to pay designer Nusi Quero balance for his work.
She confirmed that Quero was paid fully for his work and said there’s proof of all payments made.
Quero accused Beyoncé’s stylist on Instagram.
The designer claimed the stylist, Marni Senofonte, had stifled him on pay for his Renaissance projects.
In his post, Quero admitted that someone named Marni had paid a 50% deposit, which took over a month to get to his team.
He also admitted to a bank issue with the subsequent payment but alleged that his team immediately fixed it.
Beyonce’s team had “persistent and exhausting communication” with Quero’s team to obtain the right account.
There were two unsuccessful wire transfer attempts, and the team eventually mailed Quero a physical check.
Beyoncé has been plagued with several other accusations regarding samples, since the announcement of her latest album.
