Anna Sorokin Also Known as Anna Delvey, to be set free from ICE custody.

Delvey inspired the Netflix mini-series “Inventing Anna.”

Delvey was granted release from the U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement by a Judge.

She was also banned from all forms of social media.

Delvey will be under 24 hours confinement while her immigration proceedings are being carried out.

She was arrested in 2019 for defrauding the New York Elite of over 200,000.

Sorokin is reportedly still in custody in the meantime.

Duncan Levin, a lawyer, said they still need to sort some issues out concerning her release.

The judge said Delvey would be under public scrutiny while pursuing legitimate employment.
