Ticketmaster has reportedly been sued by angry fans over Taylor Swift’s Eras tour ticket debacle.

The fans claimed in the suit that the company misrepresented their services.

This comes after the sites used by the agency to sell the tour ticket were overwhelmed by traffic last month.

Several fans were unable to buy any tickets, only for Ticketmaster to cancel the sales a few days after it began.

“I feel like Ticketmaster completely screwed up on this one. I did everything the way they asked. I was a verified fan,” one fan noted.

Fans also accused the agency of colluding with scalpers to end more profit.

The lawsuit seeks the court to fine Ticketmaster $2500 per violation.

Over 2.4 million tickets were sold despite the ticket debacle.

The tour will start in March 2023 and end in August 2023.
