Amanda took to her Instagram page to share the sad news of her mother-in-law’s passing six months before Nick’s third death anniversary.

She uploaded multiple pictures showing the late matriarch posing with her on set and with Nick after the birth of his son, Elvis.

Her lengthy caption praised Lesley for being a strong woman and for helping her after Nick’s death in July 2020.

Her comments were immediately flooded with sympathy messages from fans, followers, and celebrities.

The update comes on the heels of Amanda declaring July 5 her late husband’s ‘new birth day’ on his second death anniversary.

The declaration came with a montage of the happy memories she shared with Nick and their son throughout their relationship.

The TV host talked about getting back into the dating scene during an appearance on Cheryl Burke’s ‘Diving Deep.’

After noting that it took her ‘a while’ to get back out there, Amanda disclosed that her first few dates were with widowers.

The action was met with criticism which she tackled by having deep conversations with other widows like herself.
