The Grapevine, Texas native suffered a severe fall during a concert Saturday night and was hospitalized.

ST LOUIS — Post Malone apologized to his St. Louis fans Sunday for an onstage accident that sent him to the hospital and cut short his set at the Enterprise Center the night before.

In the middle of a song Saturday, Grapevine, Texas, fell into a hole on the local stage that had been opened moments earlier to lower an instrument.

Video on social media Malone was shown falling to his torso and then lying on the stage as crew rushed to his aid.

In a ___ Video message Posted on Twitter on Sunday, Malone said, “I got a great one.” He said he had just returned from the hospital, where he was prescribed painkillers.

“I just want to apologize to everyone in St. Louis,” Malone said. “Next time I’m around this way we’re going to put on a two-hour show for you, so we can make up for the couple’s lost songs.”

“Thank you guys for your support and thank you for your love. And thanks for hanging around, even though I kicked my own a**,” she said.

There should be no implications for the rest of the tour, which continues Sunday night in Columbus, Ohio.

The rapper will make four stops in Texas this October as part of the tour.

His first Texas stop will be in Dallas on Friday, October 21st and then in Austin on October 22nd. He will then make his way to Houston for a show on October 25 before making a final Texas stop in Fort Worth on October. 26.
