Now before you say “good grief”. Apple has announced all of Charlie Brown’s holidays. It will be available for free viewing for non-subscribers for a few days.
As for “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving,” one can stream it on Apple TV+ this year from Wednesday, Nov. 23 to Sunday, Nov. 27.
In 2020, Apple TV+ became the new home of all things Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang, including beloved holiday specials. It caused an uproar when viewers realized it meant the special would not air on TV for the first time in decades.
While Halloween 2020 came and went without seeing “The Great Pumpkin” on TV, Apple later teamed up with PBS for ad-free broadcasts of “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” and “A Charlie Brown Christmas.” .
Last year, all three Peanuts holiday specials aired again on PBS. However, that will not be the case this year.
PBS confirmed in an email that it does not have the rights to distribute the Peanuts special this year.
